A lab panel ordered by your provider and run by Cell Science Systems: a cellular nutrient analysis and a methylation profile. Your nurse practitioner reviews the results with you.
Month to month, billed on the 1st. Pause when you need to. To cancel, email hello@resrvwellness.com or text 385-521-5237 at least 30 days before your next billing date. A rolled-over visit is good for the following month. Guests must be 18 or older and complete their own intake and review.
Single visits are always available. Every member is reviewed by a licensed nurse practitioner before a first visit.
How does RESRV membership work?
Members choose Margin, Reserve or Principal for one, two or four monthly visits, with the add-in terms listed above. Provider review still applies.
Can I cancel a membership?
Yes. Email hello@resrvwellness.com or text 385-521-5237 at least 30 days before your next billing date on the 1st.
Is membership required?
No. Single visits are always available.
