Yes. One ingredient goes into the fluid bag, and each of the others is given separately, one at a time, as your provider orders.
Do I have to pick the right drip myself?
No. Choose what sounds closest. Your provider confirms what is appropriate during clearance, and your nurse can adjust to that order.
