resrvwellness.com is operated by RESRV Wellness LLC. This policy covers information you give us through resrvwellness.com. It does not cover your health information, which is collected separately through our clinical system during intake and handled under the notices you receive there.

What this website collects

When you request a visit or an event, we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, the service you are interested in, your preferred day and time, and optionally how you heard about us. We ask you not to include health information in website forms.

We also record basic, first-party usage events (for example, which page a booking request came from). We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule your visit, send you your intake link, and, if you opt in, text you about your visit. We keep a record of the consent wording you agreed to and when.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business — hosting, email and scheduling — under agreements that limit their use of it. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you submitted through this website by writing to hello@resrvwellness.com. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.
