Mushrooms

Mushrooms are a food source of pantothenic acid and vitamin D. ½ cup (Shiitake mushrooms, cooked) provides about 2.6 mg of pantothenic acid, 52% of the daily value. ½ cup (Mushrooms, white, raw, sliced, exposed to UV light) provides about 9.2 mcg of vitamin D, 46% of the daily value.
